February 10th	Organized meeting with team members and mentor. Worked on the information on the site.
February 17th	Further updated the site and added information to bring it to a more "final" state. Began initial implementation of Android side of the app.
February 24th	Began the implementation of the Android application.
March 3rd	Continue work on Android app and start Design Document. Worked on midterm presentation.
March 10th	Worked on menu design of android app. Looked at the Lextrain API querying.
March 17th	Implemented the functionality of communicating with the Lextran API.
March 24th	Implemented drawing the stops on the map. Also implemented the estimated bus arrivals for each stop.
March 31st	Tweak the map display. Working on the notification service for the app.
April 7th	Continue work on notification. Tweak the display of each stop on the map view.
April 14th	Polish notification. Work on signing the application for public release.

February 17th	Made small changes to website and brainstormed about potential bus alert functionality and implementation.
February 24th	Started implementation of Android Bus Alert App. Started project presentation powerpoint.
March 3	Worked on Android app, created design page.
March 10	Worked on Android app, started creating parser for KML files.
March 17	Spring Break.
March 24	Worked on Android app: worked on issues with Google maps and android emulator, worked on overlaying KML data on Google Maps.
March 31	Began work on notification.
April 7	Continued work on notification / AlarmManager / NotifyService
April 14	Finished notification. Began testing of notification.
April 21	Presentation Practice. Clean up code / add documentation.
